Very easy process. Really quick turnaround - two days from sending the sample - and very comprehensive results. We found out that our dog is allergic to quite a few foods that he regularly eats so we were able to change his diet and hopefully improve his skin conditions. We also found out some really useful environmental allergies too. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed! I thought I would be getting a full report, especially when I paid the extra money the second time. I expected the report to actually show everything that was being tested, just like my results were. It did not. Definitely not worth the money I paid. 🫤

This is a total SCAM!! Not real results. Don't make my mistake and research before purchasing. Save your money!

It took almost a month to receive any notification that my test had arrived to the lab by mail. I sent an email to ask about it after 2 weeks and never received a reply from customer service. Secondly, the website makes it seem like this is an allergy test, but the results emphasize multiple times that it is not- it is a sensitivity test. But on the website, it claims it's the "Best At Home Dog Allergy Test." So while I thought I was paying to find out what my dog was allergic to, I only found out what items in her FOOD she MAY have sensitivity to. Regarding the results, it tells you what "sensitivity" there may be, but not how to find foods that don't have these items. I cannot find any dog food that doesn't have at least one of the ingredients she has a sensitivity to. So it would be useful to know what to feed her with the information received. How can we begin the elimination diet without knowing what to feed her? Some direction here would be expected, but they just leave you to figure it out. I have spent hours of my time after the test trying to do just that, but they don't provide support in this way either. Not that I would expect a response since they already ignored my email. It's just not helpful in the way it presents to be.

No results in almost 3 months and support has begun to ignore contact. It is impossible to get a refund as well so now I have wasted money on 3 fake tests. Literally the worst company ever I dont know how its even a business. If anything this is a scam and it will just take your money.

I didn't expect it to be back so quick. The results have been quite surprisingly but will be very helpful with my dog going forward.

After months of trying to figure out why my cat is licking himself to baldness - multiple diet changes, litter changes, removing any wool rugs, adding pheromone plugins, medicated baths, veterinary analysis - I decided to try the allergy test. The company does a nice job of making the process easy, as well as presenting the information in a simple and easily understood manner. Very helpful in my quest to make my cat well again!
