Results through super quick
Results through super quick. Great at giving me a starting point for working on eliminating my dog’s potential trigger foods. Hoping to get her digestive system back on track.

The process is quite unclear in terms…
The process is quite unclear in terms of timelines. There is no physical test kit mailed, you need to provide your own sample via your own items like a ziploc bag. I wasn’t aware until reaching out through paypal when requesting a refund. It’s also advertised that results are provided within 3-5 days, but it’s been 3, going on 4 weeks after using FedEx. After contacting support again, I was informed of additional time involving fulfillment centers discrepancies with tracking information and blahblah. As I have yet to receive results, I have no input there, but if you’re willing to spend the money and have plenty of time to get results, $50 isn’t bad. I needed results on a more urgent basis and not bothering would’ve been a more productive option for my needs. The extra legwork and effort required on my end as the customer doesn’t equate to the price tag for me. Pretty uninterested in the results at this point. Customer service is very kind though. Paypal was helpful as well so I may opt to request a refund again anyway.

Wording deceiving
Wording deceiving. Said takes 3-5 days for results. Actually took 3 weeks from mailing because first the sample goes to some other location before the lab gets it. Also, much of results identified things which the average person has no idea what they are or where they might be found. So some wording like,” this can be found in such things as…” would go a long way to being useful.

Very great testing!!! Very surprising!
I thought I was just going to get a list of the sensitivities, but they gave a nice detailed color coded report that was still very easy to understand. I will use this service with our other two dogs in the near future. However, one of our dogs was pretty much sensitive to a lot of things and I wanted more concise and clear results.

Don’t Do It!
First of all the results seem to have been intended for a human since it mentions alcohol consumption and cigarette smoking. Secondly, I had to research some of the terms to find out what foods contain some of the items where there was a sensitivity. One would have meant that my dog could not eat protein. Thirdly you have no contact information other than an email address on any of the information you provided and due to the amount of time it took to hear back from you I was convinced this was a scam. Overall I would not recommend this process. It was a waste of money.

It was easy to do
It was easy to do. I collected the hair and sent it off. It did take a couple of weeks for it to arrive but probably because I sent it normal mail. Once it arrived I received an email. And then in a few days an indents professionally written report.
