It took about 3 weeks to get to them but when they received the sample, I got the results after 2 days. Over all very helpful.

Hmmm. My negative review disappeared on here. I'll retype it then: Website is deceptive. Says you get results in 3-5 days. What it doesn't mention is that it takes up to 3 months for them to acknowledge receipt of the sample. Total scam. For those of you denied a refund - use the Better Business Bureau. I threatened that, but didn't have to go that far because the payment service I used to buy the sample backed me when I submitted a claim. (P@yPal).

I had a question about sending and receiving my samples. They responded right away and communicated very thoroughly. The report was 30 pages so be prepared to learn a lot! I would recommend to anyone who is having yeast infections in your dogs ears.

My puppy GSD has had loose stools since we’ve had her and was told she was allergic to chicken like most puppies , so I have avoided chicken and was happy to know she didn’t have any sensitivity towards chicken , so I just bought her a supplement and it’s helped

It took a few days for the company to confirm receipt of the sample, but the results came in quickly. Good to have some answers for my pup. I don't know how I'm going to find a dog food to feed her, but at least I have answers.
