Took 2 months to receive results! Emailed to them several times! Lost my first entry! Had to do again!

Once I sent in a 2nd sample, it was great. The first sample got lost and I emailed customer service 2 or 3 times before they told me it must gotten lost. I wish that would have suggested me sending in another sample by week 2. Instead it was 5 weeks later before I got results.

Excellent customer service! Responded via email same day. So happy to finally see what sensitivities are affecting our puppy. We were able to finally find a dog food , shampoo, toys to decrease her reactions. She’s already feeling better!! Only reason for a 4 is because my perception was 3-5 days once sent in. But test goes to a hub then 2-3wks to get to the lab. But we did get results in 3 days!! It was an anxiety ridden 3 weeks waiting to help our pup. Even so, definitely would do it again!!!

Customer service is non existent. I've rang, left voicemails and emails multiple times and not one reply. Pointless giving people your number and email if you can't be bothered answering either. Still manage to send me marketing emails most days though.
