Horrible don't waste your money. Been waiting for 3 months and I can't get any information about my order. Automated email responses, no customer service numbers, supposed shipping information in Chinese. You are better off selling your money on fire

The website is a scam. I ordered something 3 months ago and it never arrived. They used a bogus shipping tracker that would add in fake updates after the fact. They refuse to give me a refund and I am having to dispute the charges. Don't trust them!

I definitely cannot recommend them either. First of all, the 4 day free shipping within US on their website is very misleading. Yes, it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but I placed my order in March and still have not seen anything. I've received responses about delays due to COVID and thanking me for my patience, but over one month from shipping confirmation to distribution center in Shenzen? Really? According to tracking, one order finally made it to LA and has been picked up to be delivered to USPS, but that was over 2 weeks ago. The other one made it on a plane in China mid-May and no updates since on either. I've been trying to be patient and understanding, but I'm done.

I ordered 2 paint by number kits and brushes for each on April 15th. I was told it would take 20-40 days to receive them, due to the pandemic. I still have not received them, and I keep getting the runaround from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAM! three months after ordering after seeing it on Facebook, I have received nothing and the company no longer answers my emails. Call your credit card company and report them!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Placed an order on April 10th and today is May 28th and still don't have my order. Customer service is nonexistent. Filing a fraud report report with AMEX as I was charged the day the order was placed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are frauds that portrayed their company in USA. I received a email with tracking about a week after ordering and it was a broke shipping link. I figured it out and just now able to open the link and it’s being shipped from China and after 6 weeks it hasn’t left China. They refuse to refund my money. Save your money and time.
