Good service

I ordered 4 Original Paint by Numbers on April 23rd and received them today, August 13th. One of them was personalized from a photo and it looks beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised since I wasn't sure if I'd ever get them. Just be patient! There's a woldwide pandemic right now.

I really like these people. I had some problems with an order and they took care to make everything right. I even got upset with them and they still treated me very good and were very polite. I have ordered again from them with no problems at all. I LOVE THEM AND THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED!

My order was late too and particularly having read all the reviews here I thought the company must be bogus as well... however, it did arrive! Admittedly a fair bit later than expected but it got here and I've received quick replies from the team that are not computer generated. It sounds like a case of demand totally exceeding the usual levels the company deals with but they do seem genuine and are really trying their best.
