Ordered my paint by numbers 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten it. They said it took a long time to ship because they were negotiating a faster shipment but they obviously failed on negotiations as it has been over a month since it arrived in the states and it is still not here.

Ordered in early March, just yesterday (June 10) received one of two paintings kits that I ordered at the same time. Tracking is impossible. Reached out many times over the past few months to receive a refund and was denied. It’s not just because of Covid, I saw similar reviews to mine date back prior to Covid. This is a Scam! Kit was poorly Packaged. Hoping my other one will eventually arrive. $50 down the drain. Don’t waste money like I did.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed my order on 4/1/20 and today is 6/9/20 and I still have not received it. When I click on the tracking link it says it is still in China. I sent an email to them requesting my money back and they just keep saying that they cannot refund money for something already shipped out and that I can request a return after I receive the item. It has been over two months! I don't even want the item any longer! Waste of money!

I did 2 orders. One in April and one in May. The May order arrived about a week ago and the April order arrived yesterday. Took a long time but it did arrive and am finally glad. I did not receive the order I place through "Original Paint by Numbers". Hoping the other people did finally receive theirs too. :)

If I looked at the reviews before I made an order! Placed an order almost three months ago. No orders, no responds to my emails. Very sad! I wanted my 92 yo father have fun with paintings. And he was waiting....

My order never came. It’s been 2.5 months. Wasted 60 bucks. they refused to refund me because it says my order is “in transit” but it has been in transit at the same warehouse for the past 2 months lol they are scammers and steal your money while you never get the painting.

Why cant I give negative stars. They are just internet scammers. No product ever comes, but your money goes bye-bye, Ordered IN March, took my money, gave a phony tracking number....poof.

Nothing to add that others haven’t said already. We ordered 2 months ago and still haven’t received the order. Customer service is not helpful. Don’t waste your money with them.
