DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered something 3 months ago and never received it. I asked for a refund everyday for a month - all my messages were ignored. If they did reply they told me to email them on Facebook. I would email them on Facebook they told me to message them on Instagram. Eventually they stopped responding i went on the Instagram. and i found this help which is760284 3131 i call the company and finally i received my order amount back from My Paint by Numbers Terrible company do not buy from them.

When I placed my order I never received an email confirmation and that was unsettling. It was before Christmas and they stated because it was a very busy time, the order may take longer than expected to arrive. My order was missing a piece. I emailed the company a few times and each time received a reply with in 24 hours. They also sent the missing piece in a timely manner.

I had a similar experience like several of the ones I've just read here, only my order took five and a half months. I ordered March 25th and received it September 11th, which was my birthday. That part was special. I was elated after having waited so long and given up on it twice and started a dispute with PayPal that I didn't go through with for different reasons and asked the company for a refund. I am very happy with my order and I have done business with this company more than once before with very different results. My conclusion is that COVID-19 has our world turned upside down and it's hurting almost every business in existence. That part is a shame. I have also concluded that I don't want to order anything else that has to come that far. There should be a disclosure somewhere on the order page telling us we're dealing with China. I don't want to do that again. Maybe most of these kits are manufactured in China? I don't know. I just know I got 8 kits in this order and I'll be busy for a while now. I'm going to do my best to find out where they're coming from before I order any more.

It was hard to track but it eventually came months later. I had fun painting it and gave it to a friend. Not my favorite website to buy from but worth it to me.

The order took three months and a week to arrive, but it did arrive. It isn't a con. Just be prepared to wait for it.

I did 2 orders. One in April and one in May. The May order arrived about a week ago and the April order arrived yesterday. Took a long time but it did arrive and am finally glad. I did not receive the order I place through "Original Paint by Numbers". Hoping the other people did finally receive theirs too. :)
