Update to my first review. 37 days and still nothing. Hasn't even shipped according to the tracking number. These people are scammers and just taking money. Contacted them over and over only get canned generic replies. I filed with paypal to get my money back, I would suggest you do as well when experiencing this crap. Will file a complaint with BBB so people can find out what they are dealing with. The reviews on their site are only reviews that they "Approve" and you can guess what category mine fell into? Hope my $50 was worth it. You got me this time, but I wlll do what I can to let people know what they are dealing with.

Ordered two paintings in mid January. Got one quick enough by early February, the other one has been a disaster. It is now May and I still have not received it! I emailed early march inquiring about the second painting as the tracking number had no information for it. AMY said she would look into it for me. Then nothing. For weeks! Email in again, this time asking for a refund, because it's been THREE MONTHS since my order was placed. AMY responds they will ship out a replacement. I email back immediately saying I don't want a replacement, I want a refund. NO RESPONSE FOR OVER A WEEK. Decide to escalate through PayPal and WALTER replies saying it's been shipped, but due to COVID there are delays and posts a tracking number. The item hasn't moved in over a month and when I started I didn't ask for a replacement, i just wanted a refund, am told i have to wait until the item arrives to send back for a refund. IT IS COMING UP ON FOUR MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Wish I was able to give 0 stars. Company is a scam! Wish I’d looked on here before ordering. My bank are now disputing this for me. They don’t reply to emails! Tracking number isn’t even valid! DO NOT USE

I've had similar experiences with similar companies. Like many, it cost me but I did learn, albeit the hard way. The lesson learned is, never order from any site unless you know where the product is physically located or the site the vendor is using is a site like Amazon, Ebay and others. At least with these sites, the customer has some backup in that they will usually advocate in your behalf by stepping in, investigating and often refunding your money. If you've found that you've unknowingly purchased from a China-based company or a state-side rookie who is dropshipping out of another country, and you're getting the runaround about your shipment, you have almost no options except to post your experience in every legitimate customer review blog site and even FaceBook. Since these companies are outside the US, there is little else to be done except pass the word. It might very well help another buyer and even make it more difficult for these negligent, slipshop "businesses" from continuing. It sucks, but caveat emptor (buyer beware) seems to be ever more our online shopping mantra. Take care, good luck, and most of all (considering current global issues) stay healthy and well.

I ordered 2 paintings on April 7/2020 order # 114264. Took a week to receive a tracking number -supposedly from China Post -tracking LX100853324CN but still have not received any shipment updates so I tried to track myself but the tracking number doesn’t exist. Then I checked this site and wished I’d have checked it sooner. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM! DONT OREDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU SEE A SUFFICIENT ANSWER FROM THE COMPANY AND REPLY BY ME SAYING THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED! I’m putting all this information in here because I see on another review page for a different paint by numbers company when they get bad reviews they respond saying “please let me help you, give me your order number”. Making it look like they are really there to help so they can continue to scam people in the meantime. Not impressed 04/21/2020 so I put a complaint review on both “paint by numbers” and “MY paint by numbers” and received a reply from both. “paint by numbers” asked me to check which company I purchased from because I didn’t order from them. “MY Paint By Numbers” said yes the order is shipped but it takes the carrier a long time to scan the item? I researched other review websites as well as the BBB and it seems to me that all of these paint by number establishments have the exact same complaints “customers not receiving their orders & China Post”. I requested an investigation into these company’s practices as well. Hopefully I’ll be one of the lucky ones and I receive my order but I’m very skeptical. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that all of these paint by number companies have the exact same complaints. I even found same complaints in German and other languages so it’s far reaching. I will continuously update this post until I receive my order from MY PAINT BY NUMBERS and IF I receive it, I will post regarding the product quality.

You may never receive your item and they ignore requests for refunds. I made an order 2/23 and it is 4/14. It's been close to 2 months, I've emailed customer service multiple times, and they give canned answers and don't acknowledge and issue. Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee and a refund policy that states they will give a 100% refund on anything in transit over 50 days, they have ignored my requests. I have had to file a claim through the payment service in hopes to get my money back.
