I ordered in April. They shipped and sent tracking. Product never made it to Canada. When I contacted customer service to get a refund on a clearly lost item they keep refusing me and trying to “ship a new order”. When I refused they said my only option is that they are sending me a new kit and I can return it once I receive it?

I wish I had read this before I ordered. I have the same story as everybody else. Ordered 2 months ago and it still hasn't even left China. And they also said they would not allow a refund as it was "shipped". I called my credit card company and they refunded. They said this isn't the first complaint they received about them.

Same as all other reviews here, this is a scam organisation. They will take your money, won’t deliver your order, and won’t respond to your emails, sending only a generic response saying they’re affected by Covid19. I have requested - repeatedly- for a manager to contact me. This request has been ignored. I have also stated that I want to make a formal complaint, this request has also been ignored. I placed my order in April, it is now June and it has still not arrived. It does not take 3 months for a parcel to make its way from China, regardless of the pandemic. They are a disgraceful organisation and I cannot express strongly enough: do not buy from these charlatans! What they are doing is essentially theft.

Just like everyone else here, the customer service from this company is awful. I've ordered this three months ago, reached out to customer service and expressed my concern that I didn't receive my package yet. Essentially, they said "Tough luck, you'll get it *eventually*, and you can't get a refund or anything". Not very useful and I would not recommend this to anyone. I will be asking my credit card company for a refund.

Never received, AVOID!! I ordered my paints in March and is nearly July. Apparently the parcel is in China but the tracking information doesnt display any items. I am disputing a refund with PayPal and they’ve stated the parcel has arrived when it has not!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 4 items in March, and I received 3 items 10 weeks later. Still waiting for the 4th item which tracking says is still in China. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

DO NOT order from this company. It's been 1.5 months since I placed my order and still nothing. Their web site still says 4 US shipping...not true at all. Of course, they say it's because of covid; I have been ordering online throughout the entire covid time span and no other company has taken longer than 2 weeks. I suggest you just stick to Amazon.
