My Paint by NumbersReviews of mypaintbynumbers.com

Scammed also been months, say they can't refund don't order from them! Should of checked where it was coming from, China.

The website said 4-7 day shipping, which ended up being more like 40 day shipping. The product I received has light grey, smudged numbers which are impossible to read. Trying to get a refund has been the most ridiculous month long process and they are horrible at returning emails!!! Would never order from this company again!

Ordered a kit in January. It took FIVE months and many, many emails to receive the product. The colors of the paints they sent are completely wrong. Instead of a beautiful deep crimson for the Blessed Virgin's cloak, it is hot fuschia pink. Instead of a dark grey, they sent light blue. I had to mix my own paints. Luckily I used a coupon and was only out $14.99.

I placed an order on March 16th and still have not received my merchandise. The infrequent responses to my email inquiries are robotic and uninformative. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have had no response. It's been 2 months now and still no product or explanation other than it has been shipped. Very disappointing as these were ordered in hopes of entertaining my children during quarantine.

Ordered an item on April 15th. Order #121350. Still have not recieved anything but texts saying it has been shipped. Two texts of that nature. I believe this to be a SCAM! Do NOT waste your money because you won’t recieve anything!. I have contacted the BBB with a claim!

These people are scammers. Bad scammers. No product. Took the money. Tracking numbers that aren’t valid. Going to go to my bank and the BBB. Don’t get sucked in like I did.

I believe this is the exact same company as bestpaintbynumbers.com. My experience is identical to everyone else's. I've been seeing these ads all over Facebook for weeks, and I finally caved and bought a paint by numbers kit. I ordered it April 16th, and I received a shipping confirmation on April 21st. However, it has now been over 2 weeks, and there have been no updates on the package. I sent an email to their customer service line, and they responded with a blanket email saying I would "be able to receive [my] shipment confirmation as well as [my] new tracking number and details through [my] email soon." What? I have no idea where my package is, but I sure don't have it.

Ordered two paint by numbers on 4/18 and it came with a tracking number from China Post, however the tracking number is not valid and says that the number can't be found is not valid. The location is unknown and not even sure wherever they ordered from has even shipped out the item. I don't recommend ordering through sites like these unless you know where they are ordering it from. Most likely Alieexpress. Order from more reputable sites if you're able to or go to your local craft store instead. I will be requesting a refund from my banking institution.
