Zola has been an answer to my prayers. I have struggled being allergic to tampons for years. My Gyno suggestion seventh generation tampons, but I was never able to find them. Many name brand tampons (unscented) caused infections and ongoing BV so I just stopped using them. I have been so pleased with Zola! So happy people are taking their health into consideration to know what products they are putting into their body. Not to mention their Customer Service is so great and helpful. They ship directly to my door, and make everything hassle free. I'm willing to pay the extra price for my health. Noted: I have a light flow and have not zero problems with leaking, I just know they DO NOT contribute to infections. 100% Worth it!

Lola solved a problem I didn't even know I had. They provide a superior product that requires less effort on my part to obtain. In addition to my love of their product, I truly enjoy working with their customer service. The two times I've reached out, they've responded with lightening speed and an immediate solution.

I will always recommend LOLA to friends and family. The product design is not too flashy or tacky. The product is made for women by women. Most importantly the product is natural cotton, not synthetic material which is not only more environmentally friendly, it is also healthier for your body. I also love that the product is delivered to your door every month (no more forgetting to buy tampons and having to run out to the store for an emergency) and it is also similarly priced to store brand tampons. Additionally its great that you can customize your package to fit your needs perfectly! How many other brands allow for that? LOLA is second to none.

They are FLAT OUT - NOT ABSORBENT. That is the only fact that should be important and considered. I have normal flow and noticed the tampon/material did not even absorb the period. It went directly to the sides and didnt even penetrate the middle. It constantly leaked out the sides and thus leaking...... I dont even need to continue. Very sad, because I was very excited to use the product as it was such a user friendly experience in the beginning. And cute packaging. However they do not work. DO NOT Buy.

After months of trial and error trying to determine the cause of infections every "time of the month", I stumbled upon Lola online and decided to give it a try. And I am hooked for life. Convenient ordering, skipping months if they're not needed, cost effective and straight to my doorstep. Can't beat that! From the first month I started using the product, the sign of infection never returned. YAY! I recently moved and totally forgot to update my shipping address. Even though it was COMPLETELY my fault, Lola sent out a new order - free of charge! Now THAT'S amazing customer service. As a female small business owner, nothing makes me happier than to fall in love with other small start ups owned by women. These girls have it right. High fives all around!

I gave this company two stars because it was quite easy to use and the customer support was helpful. They also actually sent you emails to remind you to make modifications to your order. However, those tampons are absolutely useless. I tried really hard to like them I really wanted to but I had so many leaks. I switched back to my old brand this month to make sure that it was actually the product and not me and it definitely was the product. I wouldn't waste my money on this unless you have an extremely light period or you are allergic to other products.

Lola has always gone above and beyond from the very start. However recently when my monthly box came in the mail it was heavily damaged, right away I sent out an email with some photos of my poor crushed tampons and less then 24 hours later I not only had recived a response from Lola, but they confirmed my shipping address, sent out a new box and gave my account a credit! Seriously AMAZING. I don't think I have ever recived such fast and amazing care from any company before. And interaction was great! Totally friendly and helpful =) So to sum them up, they not only make the best tampons, and the best mail days, but if something happens to slip up, they REALLY have your back! And that's extremely comforting =) I highly recommend Lola to all the ladies in my life!!! They. Are. The. Best. =)
