The idea is amazing! I ordered it the second I saw the ad. I was expecting at least some protection. For the first time in years I have leaked. Even the 7/11 type tampons protect better. Worst quality tampons I have ever seen.

I've been a LOLA customer for over 6 months now- switched over right around the time they launched - and have to say that I'm hooked. For me, it's all about the user friendly convenient platform and high quality product. It is SO easy to adjust your order on the go or skip a month if you're all stocked up. I LOVE that I don't have to go to the store and think about making the purchase- my LOLA box just shows up when it's supposed to and seamlessly fits into my busy life. Definitely a trusted brand with great customer service and an even better product!

I never thought I'd feel so strongly about tampons, but Lola has changed that + opened my eyes to what is in the products we put in our bodies. I love that they use only cotton. None of that bleached rayon or synthetic stuff. Bonus points for the pretty packaging... it looks great on my bathroom shelf!

I've never considered myself particularly brand loyal, but I cannot imagine switching tampon brands ever again. It gives me such peace of mind to know that I will never have a tampon emergency, because LOLA is always one step ahead of me and my calendar, and that I am putting only natural products in my body. I find them more effective than my previous brand, I've never once had a leak (and I've put myself in some risky situations!). Besides providing a much-needed service and product, LOLA is demystifying feminine care, and encouraging a conversation among women (and men!) that has been taboo for too many years. The packaging is mature and sleek. The monthly (hehe) newsletter is both funny and informative. I genuinely can't think of a single drawback to this fabulous company!

So glad I no longer have to put all kinds of unnatural materials in my bits. LOLA is amazing, love the product, the service, the every-other-month subscription option and super easy canceling when needed — everything about it. Glad to support!

A friend recommended I try LOLA, and I love it so much! I used to never remember to pick up tampons in advance of that time of the month, and it's so great to have them delivered right to me so I don't even have to think about it. I had also never thought about what was in regular store brought tampons, and now I can't imagine going back to putting synthetic fibers in my body. In my experience, the LOLA tampons work just as well as other brands. Plus, the packaging is so pretty! I love how it says, "This too shall pass." I had such a little laugh to myself!

I think the service is great, very fast, convenient and easy to use but the product itself wasn't what I thought it would be. It was great that it was all cotton because that was what I was used to using, but I'd notice cotton fibers coming off on the applicator which didn't happen with any of the other cotton products I'd used before. It also didn't absorb that well, so I had leaks when it was barely full. Even more concerning was that it started to come apart when I pulled it out which had also never happened with the other cotton tampons I've used. I don't want to worry about pieces of tampon being left behind because of it having the tendency to fall apart. It's a great service for women that is really needed, but I hope they improve on the tampon design.

Really liked the business concept but after trying the product multiple months, it was ineffective. Regardless of the size of the tampon I had leaks & wasn't absorbing properly. It might just be me, but be warned.
