Unacceptable delays, zero communication, and holding money hostage Review: I purchased a digital camera from Lola Camera back in July, and after waiting nearly four months, I have still received neither the product nor any proactive communication explaining the delay. Trying to get a resolution or a response has been completely frustrating and exhausting. A four-month wait for an online order with zero fulfillment is entirely unacceptable business practice. Because of this abysmal customer service, I have been forced to cancel the order and demand an immediate refund. I am currently awaiting my money back, but based on how they operate, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company to save yourselves the headache, lost time, and financial risk. Buy elsewhere!

Very very high pressure selling. My sister was pressured and crumbled spending 2k us dollars, I tried to stop her but she was influenced by the slick salesman. I bought one very expensive item for tightening the eye area which although effective only lasted 4 times and no further product pumped out, took the top off and just about managed to get a very small residue from the bottom of the bottle with a q tip. I am very very disgusted that two elderly ladies such as my sister and I could be treated in such a callous manner

We passed by the store at the Oculus and were pulled in by the salesman. He applied some kind of glue under my eyes and told me it made me look much younger. It would cost me only about 600 dollar. I said I was not interested, but he would not let us go. I almost felt harassed. After over 15 minutes we managed to flee out of the store.

Liked the product itself, but not their business practices. I skipped an order, but they went on to charge it anyway. I immediately responded, but told me the order was already sent to the warehouse and shipped out, so I’m SOL. Really hate this stuff when trying to stay on a budget. It comes off sneaky and I don’t like it.

Terrible quality camera felt like something from a pound shop, and was faulty (photo didn’t take when shutter pressed) had to pay to return to Australia (from uk) - don’t be fooled by the nice branding

I was surprised by the abrupt response to my query when I asked if my blue light card would be accepted. This was at the Lola concession at Victoria. I am a forces veteran and would have appreciated a more polite rejection, rather than 'ONLY NHS'. It's the second time I have received such 'cold' responses to my queries and I will not be going a third time. I will also let all my friends, ex forces colleagues, and friends know about my experience. I hope that Lola's customer facing training is given an uplift, as currently it is, in my opinion, unsatisfactory. Thank you for your time.

They started sending me subscriptions without me creating an account on their site. Had to create an account in order to stop the subscription. They merely used the information received for billing and shipping.

If I could give zero I would. I got a subscription for my 11 yr old daughter so we didn't have to worry about running out. They seemed to send just about anything except what was ordered. They even sent her a bottle of lube. I finally canceled my subscription after my last order went through. Ordered two boxes regular pads... they sent one. When I reached out they had the audacity to say "we see it was delivered, check with your neighbors"...they didn't even READ the issue, that I only received half the order. So mad right now.
