Will this is interesting.. I thought I loved the condoms. There was absolutely no odor. It says it was natural but, now the scary part is I can’t find them any where. Did they get disconnected? Was something wrong with them? Is thereA recall? Should I be worried? I’ve never send a company take a product out that fast.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and I've received no processing or shipping notifications. My messages, emails, and voicemail asking about the status of my order have gone unanswered. I used to buy from Lola on a monthly basis (non-subscription) since their wipes are the only wipes I found that don't irritate me and they used to be consistent, but they sent me a different item for my last order and now they're not sending me anything at all. And it seems I'm not the only customer experiencing this lately. I will request a chargeback from my bank and search elsewhere. UPDATE: I have just received correspondence from the customer service team that several customers were impacted by a systems integration error, and I will being receiving a refund and a free expedited shipment of my item.

I liked being able to build my own packs to suit my individual needs but after I found out Lola partnered with Walmart I stopped buying.

I love that Lola makes tampons without additives. I love how easy it is to update subscriptions, and I love having a subscription, especially since I will continue sheltering in place and only going out for essentials. The problem is the absorbency of the super & super+ tampons. They leak when only half full. At that frustrating rate, you might as well use a smaller size.

At first, I loved the product because it was made with organic cotton and I felt comfortable using it. Then, your company cut corners and took the sticky tabs off of the pads. I have to buy tape to keep the used pad sealed to avoid anyone seeing what's on the used pad. I sent an email to your support team and the person said your team was considering adding the tabs back on. My pads still do not have the tabs. I am going back to my old pads where there are tabs already on the wrapper.

I was excited to try this product, but the tampons don’t absorb at all. l had leaking that I haven’t experienced with other brands at the same strength levels. The deign is poor compared to the criss cross of Tampax sport, blood just pours out. I see about 3x more tampons than normal, and it caused incredibly uncomfortable situations as I experience heavy bleeding and must have something that works. Unfortunately I will be canceling the tampons portion of my subscription due to needing a product that is more reliable for absorption. However, the vitamin I am convinced lessened my cramps, but I can't take it everyday because it makes me extra tired, taking it at night may work better for some.

About a year ago I tried LOLA for the first time. I was very excited to try a safer, more organic delivery tampon option. However, had a terrible experience as one of the tampons literally broke in half inside of me. This had absolutely never happened to me before LOLA , and should not. After the stress of the situation, I threw away the rest of my LOLA tampons (the majority of the order.) I wrote a few reviews and even reached out to the LOLA customer service team about this experience. I never heard back, which was very disappointing. I have worked in customer service in the past and was shocked by no response. I kept receiving emails from LOLA promotions and newsletters so I unsubscribed. About 2 months ago I randomly started receiving their emails again. I would not recommend and there are safer options out there. Organic is great...but anything that breaks off and gets stuck is NOT worth the hassle. UPDATE: One day after posting this review, the LOLA team responded to me, refunded the purchase, and asked many questions about my experience and apologized. I am bumping up my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I appreciate the follow up and refund, though do still want people to use caution when purchasing and wearing.

I love the products. However, the website is infuriating. I have had nothing but problems with my online account since I placed my first order. Immediately after I placed my order I tried to get into my account and could not get in, no matter what i tried. None of their password reset tools were helping. I have sent them 3 emails now and have gotten no response (it be nice if i could find a phone number to call). If it doesn't get fixed soon they are going to charge my account again. Honestly, hoping that this will get there attention and they'll help me.
