I have been nothing but pleased with the company and their honesty and integrity. They truly care about the well being of women. They also don't skimp on their product to make sure that you are getting a high standard of tmapons that will not only keep you safe, but work! Not to mention compared to the price of competitors they are very reasonably priced! I am very happy with my decision to use LOLA and I know I will be using them for a very long time.

I really want to like LOLA. I love their packaging, their flawless customer service, the shipping convenience factor, and the lack of additives. I try to support small, woman-owned businesses whenever I can, and I think these women rock. Sadly, the tampons suck. --The compact applicators frequently don't work properly, meaning I have had to shove a half-inserted tampon the rest of the way in. --The strings are not braided, and so every single tampon leaks- even on extra light days. --The tampons themselves seem to be really poorly made. I am writing this review moments after removing a LOLA tampon that literally unwound and then ripped apart as I pulled it out. I just had to reach into my "canal" and pull out leftover tufts of "soiled" cotton. Never, in more than a decade of wearing tampons, has that happened to me- not even with OB tampons. (Please note that TrustPilot made me change the words that are now in quotes.) I want to keep wanting LOLA, but what's the sense in buying bad tampons? LOLA leaders, please fix your product!!

I love how easy it was to cancel my subscription when I realized these things simply don't work. No hassle, just one click and they're out of my life. I have no idea what I'm going to do with two boxes of useless tampons, however. I really wanted to love them, but even the highest absorbency leaks on my lightest days. I don't understand why because the tampon is hardly even full. Bummer. :(

I was super excited to receive these and even somehow excited to get my period so I could try them! But, the second day of using them I had changed my tampon 4 times before the day was even over. I don't have a heavy flow, just pretty normal, and was using the supers. I wore a liner just in case and I'm glad I did because I leaked every time I changed it. I am sooo sad because I've wanted a natural tampon for SO long, and have used the soft cups but wasn't overly happy with them either. Please Lola, make your product work better so I can love these!

Especially in the United States, so many companies shield chemicals in their products from consumers, which in turn is negatively affecting our health. The tampon industry is no different. I've read articles that scientists can't even figure out all ingredients in most mainstream tampon brands. To me, that's absolutely terrifying. Something that is a basic need to women. Lola is 100% pure ingredients + that makes me feel good about what I'm putting in my body each month. Love this company! Thank you LOLA!

I wish these tampons were better made. The cost is great and so is the convenience but just to give an example, I used a super and went straight to the gym and 10 minutes into my workout I had leaked onto my pants. That should never happen that quickly.
