I have been using LOLA'S tampons for several months and think it's a great product. It's far more comfortable than other brands I used before I came across LOLA (ex Playtex and Tampax). But here's the next part about LOLA, which is equally as excellent, the customer service. I had an issue where my tampons were not delivered to my address on one occassion. I emailed LOLA and they responded right away, apologizing and even offering to courier my tampons to me that Friday night. I was so impressed by this level of customer care and blown away by the LOLA's attention to my specific customer journey. I have only great things to say about this product and the company.

Not only are Lola products good for your body and good for the environment, but the Lola company is just awesome. After your first order, they send you a reminder each month to see if you want to modify or cancel your shipment or keep it as-is. This is one of the best product experiences I've ever had with any product ever. This gesture is so compassionate and makes me feel like they truly care about me—not just getting money like many other subscription services. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will continue using month after month.

I heard the founders of LOLA on the "Lady Lovin'" podcast and immediately thought "It's about time!" I couldn't believe that I was 30 years old and never knew the huge "gray area" that women's products are fall in to. IE: A lack of transparency and legal guidelines when it comes to what's actually inside a tampon etc. It's about time that a company makes tampons that are high-quality, body safe, and can be delivered to your door. I love it, I refer all my friends. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish they'd offer an "Extra Super" tampon as I have an IUD and need 2-3 of those per cycle.

Excellent product, safe for my body and so convenient to get delivered. Great customer service and super easy. Tampons work just as well as drug store brand. I'm obsessed!

I was shocked to learn about all the questionable substances that "could" be found in other tampon products that I used so intimately, every month. I felt so angry! LOLA is 100% cotton, no nasties. I love that I can customize my box so that I don't waste money and it's up to me to choose the right absorbency based on my cycle, which varies from super / regular to lite!

I love these so much. Impressed by the quality, especially for a new company -- good absorption, no leaks, easy application -- while knowing they're safe and having them come to your door and looking great in your bathroom. Highly recommend.

It's so great to be able to customize the assortment you get, AND to know that what you're putting in your body is chemical-free. The company itself also does some amazing work, related to women's health and women's issues! Doesn't hurt that the box itself is very cute :).

Love LOLA tampons! I'm a huge proponent of cotton tampons vs. drugstore brands and they're not always easy to come by. Love having these delivered and they work great!
