I had read about these tampons on Jezebel, your first two boxes are $9. I was like sweet $9 for 36 tampons. I put in a regular one and within 20 minutes I was leaking. These do not absorb fully. I also had the applicator fall apart on me multiple times. Annoying. I only used three and gave up after that. I gave the rest to my friend thinking they would work for her. And what do ya know they didn't. She had the same issues.

I am so happy to buy something that I really feel is worthwhile in so many ways. I have not had as much spotting as I did with the main namebrands, I feel like my Ph "down there" is much more together than with other brands, and i don't have to change the tampons as often. on top of it i get to customize my own box according to the type of cycle i have. i have been waiting so long for this product and finally it is here :) Thank You Lola.

Love the tampons and the ability to choose what mix I get.

I wanted to love LOLA tampons. Unfortunately, their tampons are extremely poor quality. Yes, the product description and design seems really appealing, but DO NOT BUY. I have been using "regular" tampons for over 12 years, and it wasn't until using LOLA tampons that a tampon split apart inside me unknowingly. After 4 days, I felt crampy and uncomfortable. I became worried that maybe a tampon was left inside me (this has never happened) and sure enough I was right. The tampon had broken apart inside me. I pulled piece by piece remnants of the tampon. Immediately I cancelled my subscription and will discourage anyone from buying these tampons. Don't risk it!

I am so excited about this company! I adore the fact it was started by people who actually possess vaginas and I revel in their eco friendly and health oriented plan of action. Also, the price isn't awful, the packaging is darling, and the customization/service system is ideal and really "with the times". I am, however, mildly disappointed with the bones of the product after testing it out this week. I feel the protection has not been spectacular. I have experienced leakage much more often than with other brands and seem to be needing a change rather frequently. Sometimes it leaks despite the tampon not being full of blood, which I don't even understand. The tampons themselves seem kind of tiny. Also, the applicator is a little sub par in its delivery system. I keep having to shove it extra with a finger which is not super pleasant. It is a new company though, so I expect there to be some bumps in the road. I haven't decided on whether I would stick with it or not (I've been experiencing skin irritation with other brands), but if these problems were addressed, I would be all in.

My two daughters and I highly recommend the LOLA 100% cotton tampons. It is assuring to have a product that does not contain any chemicals, synthetics or dyes and is 100% hypoallergenic and absorbent. The monthly subscription service with our personally selected assortment of each size is very convenient and reliable. Their customer service is top notch! We highly recommend this company, product and customer service!

I love the idea of these! It makes me feel better that the tampons are 100% cotton with no chemicals. I just wish they worked better. The string starts to absorb before the tampon is even full. Unfortunately, I have to change these tampons much more frequently than normal tampons to avoid leaks.

I never realized until recently about what they can put in tampons! Scary! I love that Lola is all cotton and natural! The tampons are comfy, even though I struggle with the applicator sometimes they are still wonderful. Their service team is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Lola! :)
