This product has been a game changer for me. I suffer from endometriosis and the pain is excruciating. I've had surgery, many ER trips, been put on double dose birth control to try to help, but nothing has been successful. This device has changed that. At the first signs of pain, I attach the discreet device, and within minutes the pain is under control. I used to be down for the count on pain days, now I can actually keep plans and not anticipate laying down with a heating pad & pain meds for the whole day. I never recommend products, but I've recommended this to 3 people already. ** Only downside is it took a little over a month to arrive, not sure why shipping takes so long.

Livia is a nice product. Their customer service was very helpful and shipping only took around 1 month. I wouldn’t say it totally alleviates my pain with PCOS but definitely makes it bearable!

I ordered a Livia for my 13 year old who has very bad cramps. It's been almost a month and all I've received is a phony " we're so excited you placed an order email " seriously corny. No updates since and I still haven't received it. Here is their stupid happy email. I hate it even more since not getting any order updates. Feeling scammed. Update: After I posted my review Livia reached out to me with a tracking number that indicated it was to be delivered today 12/22. I happily waited in my home office, 3 other people in the home. I get an email saying delivery attempt made but nobody was home to accept. It also said a note left but nothing was on my door. So far issue is not resolved.

I just want to share my experience with using this product. It all feels so much like a scam. My boyfriend saw that this product has quite good reviews on their website, so he bought this for me. Now I know it’s because they only publish good reviews (still not sure whether they are real or not) on their website; the negative review that I left was not published. And apparently, they do the same thing here on this website: they will try to flag negative comments to prevent them from being published. I hope this review can be published. I just hope other people don't get fool by this scamming company and go through the same ordeal I and so many other customers went through. After receiving the product, I used it, but it doesn't help with my period pain at all. The first red flag is that this company doesn't just sell the product, they sell by subscription. Since it's not helpful, I wanted to cancel it. The customer service says that I can only cancel it after four months. I don't know the reason (they say they want users to try more times), but fine. They say they will cancel the subscription after they get the shipment number when I return the device. I asked the return address, but they refused to tell me, saying that they can only give it to me after four months. Fine. Then, after four months, I logged onto my account to try and cancel the subscription, there is no such option anymore. When I bought the device, it's said that "You can manage or cancel this subscription from your my account page." But the truth is that there's no option to cancel it on the account page. Then I contacted their customer service about how to cancel, I still haven't received any reply till now. I don't know what else I can do. I'm getting 12.18 dollars deducted from my bank account every single month for nothing. This kind of device might be helpful for some, but not for me, and I'm guessing not for most women. And the way this company sells this product (mainly through subscription) and how they made it impossible to cancel it, makes it all too much like a scam. This product didn't provide any relief to my period pain, but instead brought so much troubles, anger, and frustration.

livia makes my capable too take on every day like the last. i used to be stuck in bed in pain but now i can do my every day tasks without issue

I work as a dental assistant and using livia during my crampy days has saved me, since a lot of my day is based within my core strength this product has helped me forget about my cramps when they would be tremendously hard to deal with at work! 10/10!!!
