Ordered livia during black friday sale and after one week the company had still not provided any indication when the item would be shipped and delivered. Contacted them and they said the item would be delivered on the 26th December and it will be prioritized. Today is the 27th December and still no confirmation that the item has been shipped. If they're unable to fulfill customer requests they can simply state so and provide a refund. Delusional customer service.

I've been really enjoying my livia device! I get really strong cramps and lower back pain and it does, for the most part, help. On the worst day it does not do much as both my abdomen and lower back are in a lot of pain and you can only have it on one place at a time, but on less intense pain days it makes quite a difference.

Absolutely love my livia. I suffer from pain cramps during that time of the month and with my livia I have little to no pain at all. Definitely recommending this to all of my female friends!
