Customer service sucks! I have left messages and sent emails several times regarding the fact I keep getting charged the $8 a month but have never received any of the replacement gel pads. Took forever to get the actual machine, but works...just no point of doing monthly subscription if you aren't going to receive goods. Be nice if someone would contact me. I haven't received an email from you and I left a voicemail before doing review, no one has yet called me back. Someone should have returned my call, as I left my #, not email.

The Livia device is portable, small, and discreet to use in public, but still remains so powerful. I have endometriosis and PCOS as well as uterine fibroids that come with heavy periods that are miserable. This product is tiny but extremely mighty. Do not skip on it and help your period pain in an FDA trusted and tested way. It is so worth it. It holds an amazingly long charge as well.

Took a very long time to arrive but overall worth it. It helps with cramps a lot. The travel case doesnt hold very much though so its hard to take places.
