Arrived on time, nicely packaged and looking good… But it didn’t do anything to help my period pain. Zero effect for me. Going into the bin, unfortunately.

Livia has been good so far. I’ve only used once and I only had mild pain cramps. It worked for those cramps. I liked that the device was small; I could easily disguise it under winter weather work clothes. However, at times, the device would come unclipped during the day.

Update to my last review. After a month they sent me a tracking number and said it was sent. I checked the tracking number and it is not even in possession of the post office. I disputed my charge with PayPal and thankfully got my money back for the device, however nobody has answered me about cancelling the membership. I plan on reporting this company to the better business bureau.

My menstrual cramps have been getting worse over time and I heard about this on Facebook. I looked into it and decided to try it out! So far I love it, it really does stop the pain, and it's very discrete that I feel comfortable wearing at work.

I bought this for my sister because her cramps are super bad and she sometimes spends 1-2 months on her period. I’ve bought her heating and pills but they never work. I figured I’d give this device a shot. She absolutely Loves it and wears it to school and even the grocery store! Beats any heating pad any time! I also borrow it when I grow my cramps and it’s such a relief! I’m planing on buying my own soon :)

Was not sure if it would really work the first time but as soon as them periods hit it's like my best friend now I LOVE MY LIVIA

Ordered a week ago and still have no shipping notification. The website says it will be sent in 3-5 days, with 48hour delivery so it should have arrived by now. I know there are delays with the postal service but the fact that Livia haven’t even shipped it yet cannot be blamed on postal delays!

Hi my name is pearl and I’m a Livia user. I first heard about it on YouTube I think 2016 but I didn’t believe it would work, but as my cramps got worse I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. If you have any doubts take it from me it works and it is so worth it 😃
