I've had horrible cramps since I started my menstrual cycle that last from day 1 of my period to the last day. I've tried OTC medications from Tylenol and Advil to period specific and they hardly make a dent. I purchased Livia on a whim not thinking it would actually work and I was very surprised when I put it on the first time! I experienced so much more relief than with anything else. On my really bad days I still have to pair it with Tylenol or Advil but it's still bare able on those days with out the meds. The only reason I gave 4 stars is changing the gel pads can be a little bit of a pain.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. If you’ve ever used a tens unit (I think that’s what it’s called) at a PT, this reminds me a lot of those. However, it’s compact!! Period cramps have kept me home from things because my back is in so much pain. What I love about this product is that it can travel super easy and isn’t very visible- YET it still works so well!!

This product is amazing.. It has help in so many ways and I'm able to get back to a normal life because it helps alot with my cramps..

Livia has helped my daughter with her period cramps, before Livia she would lay around with a heating pad for 2 days now she is able to live freely instead of being in pain
