Livia is the solution I needed to calm my menstrual cramps. I have endometriosis and during my period I couldn't get out of bed, I was on a lot of medication and I wasn't happy with it. I decided to try Livia and now I can carry out quiet activities while I have my period, it reduced my pain a lot. Worth it!

Hola, compré mi Livia hace unos días, me ha parecido muy extraño que gestionen tan lento sus pedidos, que no respondan a los mails y que no aparezcan en las redes sociales. Así que he buscado opiniones y he dado con esta página...la verdad que viendo las opiniones no inspiran nada de confianza. I love my livia. I will always have this on hand. Not only does it help with the cramps, but also muscle aches on my lower back.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich betonen, dass das Produkt bei mir wirklich hilft und ich möchte es auch nicht mehr hergeben. Allerdings habe ich nie auch nur einmal Nachschub in Form von Pads erhalten. Das Abo wird allerdings fleißig seit Mai 2021 abgebucht. Nun wollte ich mein Passwort zurücksetzen, aber der Link in der Mail führt auch nur zurück auf die Website anstatt ein neues Passwort zu vergeben. Außerdem wurde vor Kurzem bei mir Endometriose festgestellt, was mich zu folgendem Gedanken bewegt: Frauen, hört auf eure Schmerzen, anstatt sie blind zu betäuben. Jahrelang habe ich nach besseren Schmerzmitteln etc. gesucht und war auch sehr glücklich darüber, dass mir Livia hilft. Allerdings rückte so in den Hintergrund, dass meine monatlichen Schmerzen nicht mehr normal waren, sondern bereits starkes Anzeichen für Endometriose. Leider hat mein Frauenarzt, der sich damit nicht auskennt und meine Schmerzen jahrelang nicht ernst nahm, in keiner Weise reagiert. Jetzt habe ich den Salat und die Endo wuchert bereits in Blase und Darm hinein, kann zu Organversagen und künstlichen Ausgängen führen. Wenn ihr also denkt, eure monatlichen Schmerzen gehen über den "normalen" Rahmen hinaus, dann tun sie es vermutlich bereits! Sucht euch in dem Fall eine Frauenärztin, die auch nachvollziehen kann, ob die Schmerzen noch "normal" sind oder nicht.

So, I am in my early 30s and have suffered extreme period pains for YEARS, at least since my early 20s. Unfortunately I’ve also had surgery due to cysts, I have pcos as well as endometriosis. The pain, is astronomical…. I was taking a minimum of 8-10 Tylenol and ibuprofen a day, with little to no relief. I was super hesitant on ordering this, I won’t even lie…. But this… has been a complete game changer! Obviously, it’s not going to take everything away. But it has lowered me to maybe 2 Tylenol or ibuprofen every few days while on my period. I can enjoy those days a little more with my toddler.

My Livia has changed my period forever. No more horrible cramp days that keep me in bed or curled up on my couch with my heating pad. I have my life back on my worst period days now. Thank you, My Livia.

To be honest, it has not been a "cure-all" for me like it seems to be for many, but it is still a helpful tool in the toolbox while I wait for the drugs to kick in, and on the days leading up to the bad day. Still recommend as it is helpful, just not quite magic.
