Livia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This little device has been a life saver! As someone who suffers with extreme pain for at least a week straight, it’s been a life saver. I suffer from PCOS. So my periods can stick around for more than 7days and livia just makes it better by helping with period pains. Obviously not a cure all, but definitely a huge difference.

It helped reduce my cramps by quite a lot. I noticed if I sat up straight, I could still feel my cramps a little, but if I laid down and relaxed, it helped a lot more.
