Scam. Signed up for the subscription and have paid over $100 in $8 monthly payments I’ve been unable to have returned despite never receiving my replacement pads. Customer service is useless and always just insists they’ll ship right away once I confirm my address.

I love this! I've used a tens unit before, but this, is beyond better. The discreet sleep design, and the alternating intensities are absolutely wonderful. It really is like turning period pain off.

I’ve used Livia for two months now, and I am very happy with the relief I’ve gained from this product! I tried birth control as a method to rid myself of the pain but nothing seemed to help. I love this device and I have been sharing with all of my friends.

I have used other units to help with period pain before but I love that this one is straightforward/not confusing with a bunch of extra things I didn't need & I LOVE the size of the unit and the length of the wires - it's so discrete. I can wear it all day without people noticing it and without long wires hanging from my pocket. Game changer.

Great little device that got me to sleep through the first 2 nights. I like that it is mot bulky or have long leads such as other tens units. It stays on is the next best feature as other units run for a time. The intensities work and it is a powerful, helpful little flower

Its an okay product. It does help some, but I wouldn't personally recommend it to just anyone. I have super heavy periods and this just takes the edge off so I can actually function. I don't like that I feel like my insides are jumping all over.

What started off as a concerning experience due to a faulty product and ambiguous policies, ended with swift and satisfying customer service to rectify the situation. I was generously compensated for my troubles and just hope that they will clarify certain policies concerning the renting and returning of their products. I am currently awaiting a new Livia kit and look forward to experiencing it to the fullest.
