The Livia definitely made my cramps go away, but it also gave me severe intestinal distress. I tired to return the product because I was still in the 90 day trial period but the company is in Israel and you cannot track packages mailed to Israel. They claim that they never received it and after months of emailing them I gave up on fighting for my money back. Big disappointment considering that their entire advertising boasts a 90 day money back guarantee!!! I think the product could work for other individuals but it’s a joke that you’ll get your money back if it doesn’t!!!!!

Ordered my Livia on Nov.12 2 1/2 weeks before my period thinking it should arrive in plenty of time today is now Dec.12 ne month later my period will be here by tuesday end of the week still not product not response from company I wish I read these reviews before buying

I ordered myLivia in December 2018 and got it in February 2019. Unfortunately it didn't work for me (and that's ok, they do not promise that it will work for everyone) But what they DO PROMISE is that you can get your money back when you send them the item back. I did send it back within the 120 days where they promise the 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I wrote them on a weekly basis and still got NO MONEY BACK. I am really annoyed! So don't make the same mistake and order this item! It is the worst and most dubios company I've ever been in contact with!

Love the product, it has really changed my life. The battery will last me a bit over a day of constant use, and I was actually able to use a set of gel pads for two months. It's descrete and easy to wear to work. Would recommend to anyone who experiences intense pain!

It didnt work for me, it actually made my cramps more intense.

The product is good, only battery could last longer. The service is really bad. A coupon I wanted to use didn't work, they could not fix it and could not send me a replacement.

Product works as advertised.

I purchased my Livia device on January 17th, 2019 hoping to get some relief from bad cramping. While I liked the product, it didn’t work for me, so I returned it and the company received my product on February 4th, well within the product guaranteed money back window. It is now December 5th, 2019 and I still haven’t received my refund. For three months I attempted to call and chat online with Livia only to be told once that my refund had “expired some days ago”, was “added to the refund list”, and would be back to me as soon as possible, none of which has happened to this day. I was also told that a supervisor would contact me, and I have received no communication ever. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and there are 46 other complaints on that site claiming the same issue that I had. This company DOES NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, and they delete reviews with fewer than 3 stars from their website. My 2 star review was removed, but my 4 star review (with the same content) was posted to the site. I have no issues with the product other than it not working for me personally, but the company itself is stealing money from people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
