I ordered a livia from the UK. When they attempted to deliver it, there was a £28 customs charge that was no explained. I chose to send it back and they confirmed they would issue a full refund. They confirmed the refund had been issued and it would be available within 30 working days. This came and went and I contacted them again and they confirmed it was on their way. This was a month ago and they have not stopped replying to my emails all together. Therefore, I am out £116 and am having to go through my credit card company now. This company is a complete scam. You can buy TENS machines from amazon for a fraction of the price and I wish I'd researched this before giving Livia a go. Do not buy anything from them, they will rip you off.

Its December 12. 3 MONTHS SINCE ORDERING and RETURNING item. Livia has received the return and will not respond to requests for refund for 3 months. They say they are looking into it on phone, then disconnect and I dont hear back. FILED DISPUTE WITH BBB and CREDIT CARD> Avoid this company

initially i thought product was great but don't think it's great again. it doesn't really have the efficacy that is described by others, and if turned up to higher intensities it becomes painful rather than relieving; and the battery doesn't last as long asi thought it would and the return communication even within your warranty is poor

I love my Livia!!! It’s amazing & it gets me through the day without having to take medicine!! It is important to note that if you are cramping really bad it will not take away all the pain but it will relieve some of it. If you are cramping medium/light it will usually take away most of the pain or you will forget about them.

It does work to some extent but for me personally, it hurt too much before it could cancel out my period pain.

Livia doesn't work for me and I would like to return my Livia but I do not have my receipt and order number. Please help me. I have sent multiple requests regarding this and it is sad to see no response from your company. I am very disappointed with the experience.
