Works wonders for the pain of endometriosis, though I couldn't get a set of flower pads that worked properly. Will look into other brands.

The product is small and discreet (clips on my jeans and hidden under a jumper and doesn’t make a noticeable noise). Paired with a mild pain killer like paracetamol this has helped improve my painful abdominal cramps with my period. It seems a good quality device and easy to use. The product is shipped from the USA. At the time of purchase this was not made clear (prices displayed in uk pounds, delivery charge shown to be less than £5, delivery guidance stating short time to arrive) I ended up getting charged around £30 at customs for this delivery, if I didn’t pay it I would have been charged the delivery charge back to Livia in the USA by Livia (as detailed in the very long terms and conditions of purchase). After a lot of emails they eventually agreed to refund the customs charge and update their website to make it clearer for customers. If I was to buy again I would buy from Amazon.

Excellent product

It helps a little bit, mostly to take off the edge of cramps, but unfortunatly the battery do not last long enough. I use it mostly when I sleep and I wake up when batteries die during the night.

Such a great product! Very thankful for it! I tell all my friends about it.

I absolutely love my Livia it has helped me so much with my cramps!! My only complaint is that the sticky pads that go with it can get somewhat uncomfortable and itchy after a little while...

I’m so disappointed that my order from November 12 2019 hasn’t arrived I reached out to customer service by call and no one answered. I reached out by email I did receive a response that It was being processed and ship as soon as possible and until this day I haven’t received my flower pads. I really need the flower pads to able to use my Livia.

It worked pretty great for a few months and then the wire covering wore down after probably 20 uses max. You can feel the shock uncomfortably with the wires exposed (obviously), so I stopped using it. They won't give any replacement wires because they only cover the device and not the "accessories". This happened from me just sitting around doing homework and standing at my job as a cashier, I don't do anything crazy or active. Absolutely ridiculous and one of the worst purchases I've ever made! Two stars only because it would work (if they didn't make products that break and could then cause injury).
