Since then, I have been contacting the company, and after a lot of emails of them telling me that the refund will happen “very soon”, still I didn’t get anything back almost two years since I shipped the device back to them. After ignoring my last emails, I tried contacting the company via facebook and their website, and they kept ignoring me. Now I have no device, and of course no refund. I would strongly not recommend buying the Livia device due to this costumer service, and I hope they will improve their service and that I’ll get my money back. *Update- after Ran from the Livia team contacted me, I got my refund immediately. He was very pleasant and took care of the situation in the best way.
