Ever since I've been started getting my periods I've had horrible cramps to the point I would vomit and be in bed for days 7 days to be exact I lived and accepted it for years until I turned 20 I learned about Livia online and saw the reviews and saw how much it was helping other women. I ordered it for myself and since I've gotten it every single period I use it I no longer have horrible cramps and most of the time not even a cramp it honestly feels like it numbs it which led to no more vomiting I'm so happy I purchased this its easy to use and hide I often would even take this with me to work and I love it I've reccomended to multiple people already .

I purchased a Livia and then after it hadn’t shipped almost a week later, I wrote to get a refund. I STILL HQVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. This company is so shady. Do not give them money. The response below is so disingenuous. I contacted livia on Dec 9 asking why may order hadn't shipped (since I placed the order on Dec 4). I then informed them to cancel my order. SO I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE ORDER AND CANT GET A REFUND. Most companies charge you when they ship the item. This company is a joke. If you don’t believe me, google Vice and Livia to see the article Vice wrote that claims Livia is ripping people off.

I’ve had my livia for about 2 years. A couple months ago my the wire insulation near the pads have worn out. And the wire is exposed and hurts when in contact with my skin. Before this happened it worked great.
