I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I ordered a test kit and paid $59.00 for overnight shipping on Sunday, July 6th, 2025 (I figured “overnight” would end up being Tuesday for delivery) It took them almost two weeks to deliver the kit. I have been waiting since approximately July 10 for them to refund the money. I have had regular email communication with someone named “Viktoria”, full of polite platitudes about how thankful they are for my patience. I want my money back.

They never acknowledged the receipt of my tests. The only way I knew they received them was from looking up the delivery tracking. After a couple weeks I asked to see my results. They sent results for 1 of 2 tests I sent in. There was no mention of when to expect the results of the 2nd test. They have since sent me over THREE HUNDRED emails during the past 3 days, telling me to check the results of ONE test - which I checked immediately after receiving the first email. I have asked them to make it stop and I'm getting no response to MY email to them. They just keep sending the same email to me every 25 minutes. This company is a joke!! Steer clear!!

Ordered product with upgraded shipping. 7 days later, product has not arrived. Customer service won't answer the phone. Customer service email won't provide tracking. Seek treatment elsewhere.

Worked out good for me. Ordered my testing kit, sent it back, and got the results. Did hit a snag along the way, but customer service was helpful, and got it all back on track. Definitely worth the piece of mind.

***edited after below response from company- she did not verify with or reassure ME, the person who paid, that I would get what I paid for. She seemed to take delight in being as unhelpful as possible, snide and arrogant. Once again, do not buy here if you want good customer service. Even your response isn’t helpful and doesn’t address my main issue. HORRIFIC customer service. rude, condescending, unhelpful I cannot say enough.. Viktoria did not help AT ALL after I bought a test kit for my boyfriend. She refused to help with ANYTHING - and wouldn’t even confirm the test was processing. I did not ask for confidential patient data. I did not ask for anything that would violate HIPAA. I simply want to know the money I spent would not be wasted and they would honor the deal they made: I pay for the test and they get the results. I spent over $70 and they would not help with anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. AVOID THIS COMPANY!. I sent my test kit in and it came back negative on all test. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! I have a known infection for years and they reported it as negative. If they cant get a test correct you know your positive for!! Well you cant trust any of the other results. Go to a reputable company and dont trust My Lab Box tests. When i complained , no refund. Instead they sent me a test just for what i knew i have as positive. They were to stupid and greedy to send me a retest for the other tests they said were negative. One test negative that i know is positive, how can i trust the negative results on the other test. Now i have to go to a regular trustworthy lab or my MD and pay to get retested by a company that the results can be trusted.DO NOT USE THIS SCAM INCOMPETENT COMPANT!!!!!!!!

Where do I start??? Ordered test kit on Friday June 13, 2025. Kit was delivered on Monday June 16, 2025. I registered the kit the same evening that I received it (or so I thought!), took the samples, and shipped the test kit back on Tuesday June 17th. I decided to ship the test kit back 2nd day UPS because I wanted MyLab Box to get the kit sooner so I would get the results quicker. This cost me extra because I paid for the UPS expedited shipping instead of using the USPS return label they provided. They received the test kit on Thursday June 19th (UPS tracking confirmed this.) When I can’t find any info about my test on the MyLab Box website I start emailing and inquiring about the test. My account was only showing that they had received my initial order and it had been shipped. Interestingly enough, three weeks after I ordered the kit my account still only shows that i ordered a test kit and it was shipped. No one has updated any information but I digress. I received an email reply on Monday June 23rd telling me my kit wasn’t registered and I needed to register it. What???? I did register it the day I had received it. I proceeded to register the kit again and was then informed via email from MyLab Box that they “have informed the lab that your test was successfully registered.Once cleared, it will be placed in production for testing for approximately 3-5 business days but not guaranteed as sometimes it may take longer.” It is now Thursday July 3rd (JULY 3RD!!!) I still have not received any results. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Three weeks since I started this process and no results. And now they have stopped responding to my email requests asking for someone to please check on the status of my test and get my results. This is ridiculous. I wish I had done a little research before buying the test kit. If I’d read these reviews I would never in a million years bought I kit from them. My advice to anyone considering ordering a kit is to run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. Go the some place like AnyLab Test Now or Quest or LabCorp and get the test you need. Quickly!
