First they screwed up shipping my order, and now it’s been 8 days and I still have no test results ( they said 1-3 days) and I cannot get anyone to reply to an email. All the negative reviews were right. TOTAL SCAM!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! And don’t bother replying to this “Hannah”, I’ve already emailed twice and got no reply. UPDATE:Got my results literally a month after I sent them in. 4 emails to customer service and still not a single reply. This company does not deliver what they promise. Take your money elsewhere.

Takes a long time for them to reply. Never answers the phone and phone line states they have an online chat to message which is not accurate. Emailing has been more helpful but overall unsure of this company as other people state there have been false positives and testing takes weeks once the lab has samples

Scammers. I ordered a thyroid test 3 months ago. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive in the mail. I stop all meds to take the test. Mail it back. 10 days later .. nothing. So I email them. Takes another two weeks. Still nothing. I emailed again. They tell me the sample was “destroyed” and they will mail me another test. Takes 2 weeks to arrive and the sample strip is faulty because it doesn’t wick. Blood just pools and spills. So I just requested a refund. Communication was fine. They changed labs after I shipped so it took over two weeks for results (I believe they advertise 5- 8 days). The kits are expensive, but there are usually coupons for significant savings so do a little research before buying. Very convenient and easy to use in your own home- that's what I went this way.
