Pretty good, minor bumps
Received the box quickly. The Directions were easy to follow and the results came quick. My issue was with the HIV test. Box says you can register you number 24 hours a day 7 days a week. That's not true. The place is only open Monday through Friday and certain hours. Making it damn near impossible for me to register. I was so upset. I still haven't been able to register my number for the HIV. Very disappointing

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for myLAB Box. Concerning the Home Access HIV kit, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with their system. Our CEO has spoken with the Home Access CEO directly about this issue and we were assured that they would be on a 24/7 system by this time, however it appears they had a delay implementing the automated 24/7 technology and it should be live shortly. We will make sure that this is made even clearer on our web site.

Slow Response from Customer Service
Overall this service is pretty good. My only complaint comes from response time with customer service. I sent a basic question to their customer service, and it took two days to get a response, and that response was a standard cut/paste response that didn't fully answer my question. I send a short follow-up reply to customer service, and I NEVER heard back. So while the testing seems okay, the customer service is not good.

Service was awesome!
I could not speak more highly of myLAB box. The process was easy and only took a few days. I've already recommended this service to friends!
