Easy, fast results and convenient (especially for an otherwise awkward situation)

No issues at all

This is such a wonderful idea and product. I was very impressed with the customer service and great results.

This was such an easy and quick way for me to get tested. I live in a rural area and would have to take a day off from work to get tested but by using MyLab Box I was able to get myself tested from home.

The whole process was really easy, even considering I registered my kit wrong.. Oops! But not to worry, I contacted customer service and they were on it! They took care of it all and registered my kit for me once they received it, all I had to do was wait! Also, collecting the samples was easy! They have instructions and everything is very easy to follow. The results were super easy to view and they even email you once it is ready! So much easier than going to the doctor! It's always a good idea to do testing every so often! Thankfully I was negative.

I got the package very soon. Took the samples and sent the packages out in the prepaid envelopes. Has been longer than 2 weeks and still don't have my results.
