I ordered an STI /STD kit. Upon arrival tried to register and their website failed to register the kit, had to wait two days for them to manually do it. Then I sent out the kit and followed all of their instructions. They were 5 days past their "estimated 8 processing days" (13 days) from receiving the sample when they told me they couldn't test for two of the STI blood samples having an issue (most likely from sitting around too long). Then they offered me a discounted kit for another $30. I still don't have my results and they are trying to charge me for their slow processing error. I cannot recommend. Asking for a full refund. I've used LetsGetTested before (was a little more expensive), but they gave me the results fast and accurate.

I bought their $125 thyroid test kit a couple of months ago and upon opening the box, something that looked about the size of a business card fell face down on my floor. A few other things nearly fell out but I caught them, one item was a vague set of instructions on how to do the test. I soon discovered that what fell to the floor (and what I accidentally had stepped on) was a blood sample/collection card that I accidentally stepped on. The instructions were clear not to contaminate the collection card but it was too late. I sent an email asking for a new collection card but myLAB Box never responded and after reading numerous reviews on various websites, I determined these people are indeed scoundrels and/or have gone out of business AND I threw away $125 on their worthless test kit.

Their promises are misleading and lies. It says you receive the box within 7 days and I got mine 4 weeks later. The site also says once they receive your lab box, results are posted between 1-5 days, its now been 7 days and I still have no results or answers from any customer service. They don't answer your call and its hard to get ahold of anyone in email. It takes days if at all. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating especially when they make promises they don't keep and its near impossible to talk to anyone. I'd never recommend mylabbox to anyone.

I was finally sent a link to register my box. It said they would send me an email when the registration was complete. I've gotten an email saying "Thank you for your purchase" and "Your box is on it's way"....but first we have to verify your payment". I don't think a real person is working on this. I still don't know if my box is registered or if it will do any good to send in my sample.

Took the full panel std tests snd my results came back positive for Chlamydia. I immediately contacted the man I was seeing at the time and went off on him for giving me an std… he swore he didnt have anything. I blocked him and the months later I received and email from “myLab box” saying that they got the test results mixed up with someone elses…. I was so embarrassed and felt bad because I had went off on the man i was seeing for something that he didnt do.

Could not register my kit and nobody will respond. Highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. It’s been a week and nobody is doing anything. Will be requesting a refund shortly. Stay far far away from this company they don’t deserve any business with how they are still sending kits out and still steal your money. I hope they get sued for bad business practices.

This company is horrible. I can’t register my kit as it won’t accept the # they provided me in the kit and it’s impossible to get a return call or email! I’ve left multiple messages and emails to no avail. Don’t waste your money, horrible customer service

I sent my labs in 2 weeks ago after registering and never heard a word. I emailed them seven times and called three times and you cannot get a human being on the phone. It feels like a scam so far
