While the customer service was very good. I had problems with the shorts not fitting properly and therefore shocking me. I was given a set of wraps instead. They do the same thing, but are not easy to put on correctly. Overall, I used the product for several months and have had very little improvement in leaking.

My INNOVO was working great, but after 2 months it quit working, then I went on a Trip and have not found out what the problem is, yet. I must puut it on and call.

I was somewhat satisfied after the first 3 months, I still needed to rush to the bathroom and had to wear a panty liner. That being said customer service was excellent and was able to get a refund. Very satisfied with the company. Thank you!

I am retired from the military and a mother of two. I have tried other products and I can truly say this one works. When you first begin using it, you can feel the muscle lifting. I did have a challenge getting the correct size shorts and at one point getting the device to work, but customer service solved my issues. This has been such a game changer, that I am even returning to activities I love.

I quit after 6 weeks. It has not helped me at all and I have written to innovo emails twice about does it sometimes take longer and no response whatsoever. I was so disappointed it didn’t work.

I've used the device for 16 times and am up to 90. The shorts have 8 pads but I only feel tingling from pads 3 and 7, not any of the other pads. I contacted Innovo, Claire, said I should only feel anything from these pads. If this is the case why have 8 pads with wires going to each and they don't do anything? Are my shorts defective?

Bought a pair of the shorts after using the first system they brought out. Shorts stopped working after using them for about half a dozen times. Registered a fault. Contacted INNOVA Told I would get a replacement a bigger size. In the meantime I bought and paid for a new battery for my control unit which I needed. First time told it couldn't be delivered as I wasn't in. I have an A4 sheet of paper outside my flat saying safe to leave parcel here signed by me and dated and stating I accept full responsibility for parcels left. Turned out they had wrong post code altogether. The carrier was Evri a branch of Hermes. Contacted Innova again told me they would re-ship. Got an e-mail this morning to say parcel had been delivered at 21.45? This morning? Got home no parcel there at all even though saying delivered on my e-mail. Furious! Innova just saying well its a third party delivery service and not really looking into it to solve problem. Meant to send faulty shorts back but no way I am trusting the carrier they are using. These shorts should NOT stop working after only a few times of use. My advice stay away from this company they are not to be trusted to resolve your problems if you have any and it looks likely you will

I’m sorry to have to give a negative report. I have had my product since May 2022. Started to use it in June. It worked for two weeks then started getting electrode problems. I tried all of the things listed to do. My shorts were size med. I was told they were probably too small and sent a large pair. Those worked about two sessions and then had the same problems. I just kept trying but to no avail. I called customer service and Clair thought that The leg wraps would work. I have been waiting a month for them. Have called three times and was told that they would be sent tight away. Was told that they were having trouble getting them from the factory. I really want this program to work. Hopefully I will get a chance to give you a better review when I get the leg wraps as promised. The customer service has been very polite and pleasant. “Can’t shoot the messenger” Mary Hughes
