Love this product
Love this product! I hesitated because it was kind of pricey but I'm sure glad I ordered it. It works so well and worth every penny!!!

Save your money
It works. But it only works for 3 weeks at the most. Then you see the dreaded triangle with exclamation point. Just before you reach that point. You get 1 really powerful shock down your right leg and then it won't work after that. I will say customer service was helpful and sent me another pair of pants. I got the pants and 2 weeks later, the same thing happened. It really sucks because it really does work. If it didn't stop working, you would see results.

My mother used this device for about…
My mother used this device for about one month. She thought it made her incontinence worse so she quit using it for two months and thought she would try it again and now it won't work. It keeps flashing that number 7 isn't working and we have tried everything they recommend doing, and still not working. I called customer service and they were wonderful. What a nice person we talked to. She was so helpful and they are sending a new device. I don't know yet if this is going to work for my mother, but this company has great customer service. !!!!!

Shockingly painful
I am very Leary to us this because it has caused cramping each time. Also, the electric currents shock cause painful shocking sensations.

Useless
The only effect after using INNOVO were bruises all over my bottom
