Love this company and the reps who answer your phones. Emma was very helpful and even offered to help me over the phone after the wraps arrived. There was understanding displayed by Emma that I truly appreciated.

The company came through after tons of frustrating emails. The product works for men and helps with ED problems. The company offers $50 cash back for every person you send them who purchases their products. I have sent them 2 of my best friends and both purchased from the link the company tells you to use. To date I have only received $50 in the form of an Amazon gift card. I should have received $100 for 2 people but instead the company again ignores me with nonsense emails that make no sense at all. I will send a complaint to BBB too.

The customer service was great. Emma asked quite a few questions and resolved my issue by sending a replacement product. Great service!

I’ve been using Innovo for 3 weeks and have noticed a difference. It’s the only thing so far that has worked for me.

I had a problem with, I thought the device…but after calling customer service found it was the shorts. They sent me a new pair right away and going strong ever since!

This is my third pair of shorts, so I am hopeful that the updated version will be a little sturdier. I have seen positive benefits out of the therapy, and had positive interactions with their support team, which is why I am landing on stars even though I have needed to replace the shorts twice. I am super hopeful that the updated version will last for the full 12 weeks of therapy.
