I really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, the TENS irritated my sciatic nerve such that I had shooting pain down my right leg after each use. I should have quit using it, but I wanted it to work, so I kept it up. After the third week, I began to feel my bladder prolapsing. I'm not saying that the device caused the prolapse, but my doctor and I decided a surgical treatment would be more appropriate. I gave it two stars because the customer service staff are very helpful.

The product is excellent and the customer service exceptional. It took a few tries to get the correct size shorts, but Innovo was so helpful and responsive along the way. I notice a change but since my prolapse was pretty severe, it has taken a while to improve. Stick with it, this is a great product from a great company!

Je conseil résolument le shorty d'INNOVO, la rééducation est bien plus efficace et pratique qu'avec une sonde et tout ceci à domicile. Attention la matière du shorty n'est pas complètement élastique comme avec un shorty de sport, par contre la ceinture abdominale, elle est renforcée. J'en ai fait la pub auprès de ma généraliste qui ne connaissais pas cette nouvelle méthodologie pour renforcer son plancher pelvien. Donc bien prendre ses mesures, et demander conseils à son pharmacien.

After using the device with Shorts for about 20 times there were too much error Codes, in the end the product didn´t work anymore. I experienced a great costumer service who immediatly reacted and sent me new Shorts as the old ones seemed to be to tight. although the new shorts fitted much better the Error codes unfortunatly showed up again as well after a few times of use. The great costumer support again reacted immediatly and sent me the older version of the product which is a pair of garments you have to wrap around the legs. It´s nopt that convenient as the shorts but much more solid. Exactly the same I got a few years ago as a medical rental product paid by my medical insurance, it helped me a lot for my pelvic base issues but I had to give it back so my problems came again. I hope the new garments will work the same and won´t break again.

Innovo responded quickly and exchanged the product without delay. I’ve found this item to be highly effective and the customer service to be outstanding. Would recommend without hesitation.

When I had a concern with the size and working of the shorts, Innovo immediately responded and sent me a new pair that work perfectly every time. I also ordered additional spray bottle and within less than a week the order was received. Great job. Thanks.
