I have had for 12 weeks and there is…
I have had for 12 weeks and there is quite a bit of improvement so I will keep at it. But I find I wake up with hip and back pain which is not present after rest days and it can be quite debilitating

After 4 children
After 4 children, who were all big babies ranging from 8 to 10 lbs didn't think that anything could help my very weak pelvic floor muscles but innova did. I've been using it on average four days a week and unknown to.myself my muscles have vastly improved. I can dance and jump around without any accidents. Soooooo happy with this product , I could cry with relief. Thank you thank you thank you for inventing this life changing device it'll help women the world over

Does exactly what it says
The Innovo has worked for me. I had a particuarly weak pelvic floor and did not have great confidence that Innovo would make a significant difference. How wrong I was. I did the mixed programme and found improvement after about 4 weeks, with significant improvement after about 6 weeks. You do have to commit time and space to undertake the programme, but it is well worth it. Also practice a bit to get the pads in the right place. I will continue to top up, and enjoy life to the full. Thank you Innovo.

Not for me unimpressed
I found this very difficult to put on by myself and did not feel a great deal of sensation as advertised, not sure this is really for me tried to persevere and still not impressed, I also feel once you have tried it you cannot return it (hygiene) which is not very good as it was very expensive.

It's been a week and my life has…
It's been a week and my life has changed for the best. Its nearly a miracle. I can run, jump and cough without stressing out. Still some more improvementbut its the best investment I have ever made in myself. This is the first time I have ever bothered to write a review. But honestly what is 250 compared to the daily shame anxiety and misery of weak bladder and prolapse?

I only managed to get the product to…
I only managed to get the product to work properly once, i emailed customer services and was told to phone whilst trying to use the Innovo.i haven't tried to use it again.

I was expecting a better outcome up till now. But it has made some improvement, so need to keep it up.

After this time most people achieve positive results and can drop usage down to just a few times per week as a maintenance.
