This company and there so called customer care people. ( what a joke this lot ). There just as bad as the device there peddling I have had to endure nearly 3 months stress and of emailing back and forth to get a refund in the end I had to threaten this lot with legal action before they finally caved in and sent me a refund which I have not accepted due to the stress they have caused me. Please take my advice this device is absolutely rubbish ,,

Have been using innovative for 6 weeks now.A bit tricky to get the gel pads in the right place at first and I tried to turn the machine up to fast ,resulting in me vomiting and feeling very light headed. I phoned the help line and they suggested I had a few days rest and start again more slowly.Now 6 weeks on I can confidently sneeze without crossing my legs and praying not to be embarrassed.Still got the rest of the corse to complete but I am expecting good things . Would recommend this product to other sufferers.

We recommend, when this happens you should stop the session and sit down until you feel well enough to resume. Really does work! You have to follow the program for 12 weeks but the results are worth it. No more accidents when sneezing or coughing and am now able to exercise without leaking.

I would recommend to keep going with the Innovo we usually find it takes 12 weeks to achieve good results. After this time most people achieve positive results and can drop usage down to just a few times per week as a maintenance. Complete waste of money and time. Totally unwilling to advise how to get to work by email, insisting that I need to phone which is not an option. Take my advice, save your money and find another way to sort your problem.
