Really disappointed. This product worked well for a week then started showing error messages against electrode 3. It won’t work at all now. I am asking for a refund as this was an expensive item.

I have had extensive repeated surgery which decimated my pelvic floor. It has been a traumatic time. I tried Innovo just over a year ago and to my astonishment had amazing results after the initial 12 week period. I was really stunned by the difference and could exercise again and go about my daily business without the stress of 'accidents'. I raved about it to anyone who would listen and made numerous comments on social media sites that people ought to try it. HOWEVER... the last two sets of gel pads (at c.£29.00 each) have degraded almost immediately and leave large blobs of sticky residue all over the areas where the pads are - I need to shower afterwards and pick off the sticky residue. And then the control device stopped charging. I contacted Innovo on 21 March and had a good initial response from Carole. I did everything asked of me to troubleshoot and to give information (including original receipt) and was assured a replacement would be sent. The last I heard from Innovo was 11 April, which I responded to on 12 April with a new copy of my original invoice as requested. I have since emailed twice and no-one has had the courtesy to respond. I am desperate to receive the new device (mine has ceased to work) as all my problems have returned (as advised to Innovo). I now have incontinence again, it's very distressing and very depressing. I don't honestly believe that the people at Innovo have any grasp at all on just how distressing incontinence can be, otherwise someone might have had the decency to contact me or respond to my emails. So I am left with a device that won't work, incontinence, frustration and depression. I didn't want to resort to writing this review as I have had amazing results - the Innovo does work, and brilliantly. But the customer service is appalling and dispassionate and no-one is responding to me. So in the deafening silence, I am left with complaining on this forum as a means of trying to get some kind of response.

It came very quickly. Tried on shorts fitted well except around the legs, phoned up they told me that it would still work. I found it workers. The instructions are easy to follow.

No updates on the order up to delivery. The shorts don’t fit but no information how to exchange other than a link to the website - which doesn’t give a process. Contact form completed but no response. Got the product in good time but can’t use it which is disappointing. Hope it can be resolved.

Après seulement 3 semaines d'utilisation je vois déjà de nets progrès. Je poursuis mes entraînements. Seul bémol le shorty que j'avais initialement choisi étant trop grand les connections se faisaient mal et j'ai dû commander la taille en dessous.
