Been doing this now for 5 weeks and it is fabulous - feel as if I am getting my life back - I am now dry and have had no wee accidents - will update again after week 12 but this system really works would defo recommend to give it a go

I've only been using innovo 3 days so can't give a honest opinion at this time. But it's easy to use and set up so that's a good start but you do need to make sure you get yourself into a routine to be able to use it every day.

Excellent friendly customer service team and the product works. Suggest a laminate sheet of page 21 of instruction booklet showing position of 8 electrodes would be helpful quick reference guide.

So excited to receive my innovo only to find it doesn’t work. The only thing I got was a timer, no intensity nothing. I feel really let down by this product

Dear Cheryl, Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry that you are having difficulty setting up your INNOVO®. It sounds like all you need to do is press the + button on your INNOVO® controller to increase the intensity level. As you increase the intensity on the controller you will start to feel your pelvic floor contracting. It is important to experience a pelvic floor contraction to benefit from the therapy, and you should aim to use INNOVO® at the strongest intensity you can comfortably tolerate.
