This is going to be lengthy but…

This is going to be lengthy but completely honest. I bought the shorts July 2019 first pair too big changed for second pair and just kept getting errors - didn't feel a comfortable session for three months. In November they changed them for the leg wraps - Firstly way way way much better than the shorts - they have a tighter fit and a much better contact. Now to the programs - Program 1 I get up to between 85-95 and after nearly fourth months over 30 min sessions 4-5 times a week I am STILL leaking - Why ??? I have no idea - I use them stood up and can certainly feel the contractions but I am no where near dry - So my question to Innovo is how come - I'm doing it correctly, and I'm sure I'm at higher enough setting to get a result - If this is the best it is going to get then I have wasted my money which is such a shame because I expected to have a result from this. When I have needed customer services I cannot fault them for there promptness to help

Hi Caroline, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing leaks after using INNOVO for a number of weeks. I would recommend that you alternate between Program 1, which as you say contracts and relaxes the pelvic floor muscles, and Program 2, which helps to reduce hyperactivity in the bladder muscle. Program 2 feels quite different to Program 1, it's more like a light tapping sensation in the glutes. By alternating between programs you will be both strengthening your pelvic floor and helping to reduce that sudden 'urge' to go that can lead to leaks. I sent for the oxygen fingertip…
I sent for the oxygen fingertip monitor. I ordered it on Fri received it that monday.I have been looking for one in stores around me. Looked on line found. One. With the virus it was in high demand. My husband is on oxygen. And was advised to get one. He has a blood clot in his lung irregular heartbeat copd pulmonary embolism. I have congestive heart failure diabetes 2 . irregular heart beat. This is used by both of us were 73.Thank You

Received product very quickly
Received product very quickly. Appreciate that but the pants don’t fit everywhere. It is saggy at by glutes but fit nicely everywhere else. Hope that I will still get good results. I am 5 ft 5 in and Weigh 127 lbs. I ordered a size 3. Just don’t have a butt.
