Excellent service
The order was received within a couple of days. I had a query about the intensity levels and left a message as it was a Sunday. By mid morning on Monday the query had been answered. It was excellent service. The Innovo is simple to use and only takes a little of the day. It is too soon to comment on the effectiveness of the product.

Product is not worth the money
I bought Innovo a few months ago. Tried it for a couple of days and had too many issues, so I gave up out of frustration. Decided to give it another try four days ago. If I moved one of my legs slightly, I got shocked. I keep getting the same errors. I'm giving up. Doubt I was ever going to get the advertised results. The website claimed that I could use my FSA and FSA denied it, so I wasted my own money.

I didn’t start the programme for 3…
I didn’t start the programme for 3 weeks as I was unwell. I’ve only been using the pants for 4 days and I’m really impressed I can feel the pulling of my pelvic muscles. I’ve already told a lot of my friends about your product and the goods news that we don’t have to suffer in silence. Thank you

I’ve just bought this and only used it…
I’ve just bought this and only used it once. Start properly Monday. I have telephoned a couple of times for help and the response has been brilliant. I can’t wait to use the machine.

I can already tell a difference in less than a week
I have used my innovo every day for 4 days so far and I can already tell the difference. Leaks when I cough are already less frequent. If you can stand through your treatment do. It does make a difference for me. I may order smaller shorts they do run quite large. I ordered a size down already but I think a smaller size would fit better.
