They sent a cheap watch looking device and an o2 finger monitor. Nothing to evaluate snoring or potential Obstruction when sleeping. I feel Like I received the Temu version of a sleep study. I definitely should have read the reviews before trying it.

Scam. Shady billing practices. This company needs to be investigated. Sending a bill with no description of what they are billing extremely fraudulent and milking the insurance and poor patients.

I called to request a quote as I would be using insurance. The customer service rep assured me that I would not be charged more than $150. I went ahead with the sleep study and received a bill for $150 which I promptly paid, I then received another bill for $60 (which is an insurance co-pay amount) for the 5 minute meeting Gem requires before sending the equipment. The customer service person I originally spoke with did not mention that I would be charged separately for the appt even when I asked if the $150 was the total. Deceptive charging and very disappointed.

While my experience with the sleep study and the doctors was excellent, my interaction with the billing department was extremely disappointing. I was told I would receive a quote prior to submission to my insurance, but after waiting 7 days and making two follow-up calls, I still had not received any information. It wasn’t until I called to cancel the order that I finally received the quote—only to then be told it would take an additional two weeks for insurance processing. The lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating and avoidable. This experience left me feeling that patient care and transparency are not being prioritized on the administrative side.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY THEY GOT ME FOR OVER 500$ THEY HOUND YOU FOR MONEY CONSTANTLY-- THEIR LIKE A CPAP CRACK HOE! only worse!

Complete waste of money. They send you a kit for a 1 night study and then send you a pre-recorded youtube video for your "diagnosis" then they try and sell you a CPAP machine. The 1-night study is basically useless unless you happen to have a bad night sleep that night.

Difficult to schedule the in home study. Had to pay charges to overnight the equipment and it did not arrive on time, and then it was not activated so the study could not be done. Had to wait 2 days to first business day to actually get them to activate the equipment. They did issue a refund for the overnight charges but the study was too late. Four days later they tell me that I do not have sleep apnea and the next steps were to start a customized treatment with their sleep specialists. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea over 20 years ago. I use a CPAP machine every night. I contacted this company because I needed a sleep study to purchase additional equipment. It all felt like they just wanted to get me enrolled in their system. They need to get their logistics working. I went to another provider... this time a local MD. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this company at all.
