Used GEM sleep based on prior insurance. They were very helpful with my first sleep study. I wish I could have used them as my one stop shop but needed to go through my insurance DME supplier. They take customer care very seriously, so if you can also get your device through them I highly recommend them!

The whole process was quick and easy from testing to setting up the CPAP machine. I’ve been hesitant to get tested, but being able to test at home was a game changer for me. I wish I did this a long time ago!

Samantha did a great job. She came into the meeting, having a plan of what she wanted to do and explained it thoroughly and was very transparent with why she was wanting to do what she explained.
