Gardyn’s customer service is fantastic. I really appreciated their quick response to my questions and their helpful, detailed suggestions. In the end, it turned out that I needed a new component and one was sent right out.

Have been planting and using the Gardyn for two years now, and love it more every day. The amount of produce that I can generate and know what goes into the production has been gratifying. My son enjoys seeing everything grow, and helps with the harvesting. It’s something that family can enjoy while eating consciously grown produce. I always get sad when I have to start a new sow, but, I also like mixing it up and having a different variety of fruits and vegetables. Forgot to mention, the sound of the trickling water is relaxing, I read by my Gardyn. Talk about endorphin production as well!

Thank you so much for this beautiful review! 💚 Two years in and loving it more every day, that is everything we hope for! We love that your Gardyn has become something the whole family enjoys, from watching everything grow to harvesting together with your son. Knowing exactly what goes into your food while making memories along the way is what it is all about. And that little detail about reading by the sound of the trickling water is the loveliest thing we have heard all day. Here is to many more relaxing, endorphin-filled harvests ahead. Grow healthy, live tasty! 🌱✨

I'd give it zero stars but for some previous positive experiences. This program is not a good one for older people and I would advise anyone who feels they fit that category to avoid Garden. I was able to use and enjoy it for about a year. However, now when I try to manage my account I get instruction to click on a person icon. I have tried several times over a few e=weeks and have found no person icon. I am done. Penelope carter

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for being honest about how frustrating this has been. After a full year of enjoying your Gardyn, being able to manage your account should feel simple and we are sorry it has been anything but lately. We would love to walk you through it personally and get you right back to what matters, growing and enjoying your Gardyn. Our team will be reaching out to you directly by phone and email so we can guide you step by step and get everything sorted, at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. Please keep an eye out for us. You deserve support that is patient, clear and genuinely helpful, and we are committed to giving you exactly that. 💚

My Gardyn has been a source of edible goodness, relaxation and joy. In the summer months it extends outside to my planters but in our long Minnesota winters, I can keep fresh veggies coming and feel good about investing in something which is safe and tasty to consume. Sometimes I even share!

Thank you so much for this beautiful review! 💚 Edible goodness, relaxation and joy, that is everything we hope a Gardyn brings into a home! We love that it keeps fresh veggies coming through those long Minnesota winters and even stretches out to your planters come summer. And sharing the harvest? That is the sweetest part of all. Here is to many more seasons of tasty, feel-good growing ahead. Grow healthy, live tasty! 🌱✨

I do not have a green thumb at all. But this is SO easy, it’s even exciting!

I love growing my own plants however if you dont have the membership your "happiness level" will never be great....it makes you feel like you need the membership (that is WAAAAAY overpriced)....I would rather pay full price for the plants and be able to use the app to it's full extent.....Just feels like a big scam.
Response from GardynJul 19, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we are so glad you love growing your own plants! 💚 We really hear you on the membership, and your honesty about how the pricing and experience feel means a lot to us. Concerns like yours help us look closely at how we can do better. We also want to gently share that your Gardyn works beautifully with or without a membership, the difference is simply how much it does for you. Without one, you can still order plant yCubes through the app and manage the regular care your Gardyn needs. Membership just adds the extras like Kelby's guided support, monthly plant credits, exclusive plants, and Vacation Mode. We would truly love the chance to talk this through and make sure you are getting the most out of your Gardyn. Please reach out to us anytime at [email protected]. We are here for you! 🌱
