It is advertised as a low maintenance garden. We spend hours each week maintaining it and the only think it has successfully grown is super bitter lettuce. For $1500 of harvested $10 of lettuce, that would have been better from a store. If you want a hydroponic system that lights up your house like an alien abduction and gives you bad lettuce..you’re going to love this thing! It’ll only cost you 100 times the price of good lettuce that you actually want to eat. If this makes you want to buy one of these, don’t buy it from Gardyn, I’ll sell you the Gardyn and 1.5 year subscription for 500ish bucks. Save yourself $1000, or plant an actual garden and get food you actually want to eat. This thing sucks.

I am still unable to connect my device to my WIFi. Your website also no longer allows contact with customer service. I started another chat, but that has not been helpful so far. How can I return my unit and receive a refund?

I love having home grown food right inside the house in the dead of winter. Garden’s customer service has been amazing and I’m honestly considering getting a second one already. I highly recommend Gardyn.

I have the jungle Gardyn for 10 weeks on Saturday. Since week 3 I was able to harvest for salad every day. It makes my home look nicer, it makes my body and my husband's body healthier and I love seeing the little tomatoes growing every day a bit more. No more buying greens from store that were harvested days or weeks prior. The taste, the freshness, the convenience are impossible to match. Can't wait to get my second one.

I’ve had my Gardyn for almost a month now and things are growing beautifully. Very easy set up and the instructions and assistance from the company has been phenomenal. Awesome product and company and I can’t wait to start harvesting, and by the looks of my plants, that shouldn’t be too long now!

I am very happy with my Gardyn! Had a little bit of trouble getting my device to pair with my internet, but the Gardyn team stepped right up to get it done. I love to garden outdoors and being able to do this inside during the winter brings me much joy. I love not only the tasty fruits and veggies, but the light and beautiful look of it. The Gardyn was a surprise birthday gift from my wife and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm a gardening hobbyist and blogger and already had a few smaller hydroponic setups running in my home office. The Gardyn is a well thought-out vertical hydro garden with some nice built-in technology features. Support has been great with any questions and 5-weeks in, we're regularly harvesting greens and herbs with the tomatoes and peppers starting to flower already. Even if you don't usually have a green thumb, this thing is pretty foolproof.
